Automatic Egg Tray Stacking and Accumulation System
OvoStacker is a packing automation system that automatically stacks filled 30-egg trays at the OvoPacker exit and accumulates them on the outfeed conveyor.

30-egg trays leaving the OvoPacker are automatically stacked by OvoStacker into bundles of 5 or 6. The finished bundles accumulate neatly on the outfeed conveyor, ready for the next handling or palletizing step.
OvoStacker acts as a buffer between the packing line and manual handling or palletizing. Automatic stacking and accumulation of trays lets the packing line run independently of the next operation.
